Carrot-Spirulina Juice. (So Much Better, And More Effective Than, Coffee.)

Mix one tablespoon of spirulina with 8 ounces of fresh carrot juice and drink to have an amazingly nutritious snack or pick-me-up. Much more energizing than coffee, highly alkaline, high in protein, beta-carotene, and numerous other wonderful vitamins and minerals.
