This smoothie is sweet and creamy and deceptively healthy. Spirulina is a superfood rich in B vitamins, including B 12, and high in protein. I cannot sing its praises enough. Despite being present in most shampoos, bubble baths, liquid soaps, bar soaps, dish soaps, toothpastes, and mouthwashes, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) is a toxin that breaks down the skin barrier.
